Q 1. Explain about yourself

Answer: For this question HRs are expecting how good your communication skills are. Speak loud, don’t confused, pronounce words clearly.

Q 2. What are your greatest strengths?

Answer:  So many answers are fine to provide, but in optimistic manner. a few good instances are:

Your provious experience problem solving skills, professional expertise, ability to work hard, positive attitude, leadership skills, etc.

Q 3. Are you have any blind spots?

Answer: Disguise your strength as a weakness in a positive way.

Q 4.  Why should we hire you?

Answer: Explain to know the interviewer’s huge needs and demands, this question will give you lead over other candidates and give him best information for hiring you than someone else.

Answer:  Always respond in a positive way regarding reason. Never tell negatively about your previous employer.
